A large crowd of people around eight people who most resembled a broad spectrum of generations in a family, entered the Riccos coffee shop on Rådhusstræde 4A Thursday, April 10, 2014 late afternoon.
Maybe they came directly from an event, maybe they had strolled around the beautiful Copenhagen, or maybe they just met to drink a coffee and selected Riccos coffee shop as a special place to meet over a creamy cappuccino.
They could easily gather enough chairs to sit on a table, but the waiter - a young, tall, hipster guy with beard and gray sweater - said that they had to sit "in the middle of it all". They put themselves in the place at the table next to me.
There were used service on the table from previous guests as they began to carry up to disk. The guy who worked there, called bac pro cuisine after one of the men that "Hey, it should not be there. (...) I told you to leave it! "The man said he needed to relax and that's just cleared the table so that they could sit there, after which the employee responds with a high and irritated voice:
It was busy yes, but Riccos on Rådhusstræde is a great coffee shop. Either there must be more employees to work on a Thursday afternoon, or the employee must be trained in order to serve many clients at a time. Mind you with a smile and profits. However, this employee was not interested in making money or give a good coffee experience.
Status: A representative from Riccos coffee bac pro cuisine shop contacted me April 16, 2014 and deplored the matter. He wrote that they had taken the incident very seriously and had a chat with the person behind the counter, so it would not be happening again. Reply Delete bac pro cuisine
