Ingredients: 150 grams of walnuts or Pecan nuts (roughly chopped) 150 grams butter 150 grams (200 ml) brown sugar 75 grams (1/3 cup) caster sugar 3 eggs 8 ml vanilla 425 ml flour 200 ml 62.5 ml cake flour 5 ml baking soda Cocoa 45 ml milk 5 medium wortles coarsely grated cfac 150 grams cooking chocolate chopped
Beat sugar and butter until light Beat eggs (one at a time) Add vanilla essence Sift put ingredients together and add alternately with milk to egg mixture Add wortles to mixture Add chocolate and nuts Spoon batter into pans Bake at 160º C for 50 minutes cfac or to firmly let cool in pans Spread frosting between layers and on top of the cake
